Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy: Reservations: Book your appointment online or by phone during our business hours. We recommend reserving in advance to ensure availability. Deposit: 50% Payment may be required to secure your booking. Arrival: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure a timely start. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened to accommodate the next client, but the full service fee will apply. Cancellations: We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a 100% cancellation fee. No-Show: Clients who do not show up for their appointment will be charged the full service fee. Group Bookings: For group bookings, please contact us directly for special arrangements.
